29. Rocky Carroll
The American actor Rocky Carroll has always wanted to be an actor and he started working towards his goal just after graduating from Webster University. He starred in various small screen roles which include portrayal in Chicago Hope, Grey’s Anatomy, and Roc. The actor was given a chance to be a part of NCIS in the fifth installment of the show and he hasn’t bid adieu to his role yet.
