18. Jessica Steen
She is born from talented genes from both her parent’s sides, her mom being actress Joanna Noyes and her dad Jan Steen. She debuted her acting career merely at the age of eight with a kids show called The Sunrunners. She has successfully pulled off an active career, making appearances in multiple shows like Heartland, Homefront and Flashpoint. She also appeared temporarily in NCIS for only half a dozen episodes.
